1. It has been at least 6 months using Meskula Media’s “Market Dominant System”



2. It has been no more than 8 months since the purchase date of the system (date of the first payment or deposit to Meskula Media).



3. You may use Meskula Media’s system as you see fit. To meet the guarantee, you must get Meskula Media’s approval to change any of the provided campaigns, qualification questions, qualification settings, targeting or ad creatives.



4. You may choose to spend any amount on ads. To meet the guarantee, you must spend a minimum of $500/Month on Ad Spend, solely on the Recommended Buyer Advertising Campaign or $750/month solely on the Seller Only Advertising Campaign. In the event Facebook advertising is Banned or Restricted, you have to work with Meskula Media’s team to get the account(s) back as soon as possible.



5. You can choose to contact leads however you see fit. To meet the guarantee, you must go through the trainings, scripts & frameworks provided by Meskula Media and utilize them in order to convert opportunities, into appointments and appointments into listings & closings.



6. You have shown up On Time for Every Booked Appointment You Receive. In the event of an unsuccessful Live Transfer (you couldn’t take the transfer), you must contact Meskula Media’s team and inform them so that Meskula Media can continue working with the lead OR you can follow up the live transfer ASAP and inform Meskula Media’s team about the progress with the lead.



7. You may not delete any contacts or conversations you have had with leads inside the Meskula Media CRM.



8. In the event of no show happens, you must follow up with the set appointments weekly in order to get them back on the calendar and/or ask Meskula Media Team’s help in order to get them back.



9. You must complete the provided training from Meskula Media in the University Portal Located in the Meskula Media CRM.



10. You must reach out to the Meskula Media team immediately in the event there is an error in your system. Any messages regarding errors must be sent within 24 hours of the error occurring.



11. You must have made all your payments on time, including performance fees and ad spend to Facebook.



12. You must have made less than double your initial investment in gross commissions with buyers, sellers and/or renters within the 6-month period. This includes closings from paid ads, reactivation campaigns or our organic marketing as a direct result from the Meskula Media system.



13. You must submit a formal request for a refund via our guarantee refund form with supporting evidence. Form can be requested from our team by emailing support@meskula.com.



14. After you submit your formal request for a refund via our guarantee refund form, you must show up for your Account Resolution call that can be booked after you complete the form.



If all the above requirements are met, Meskula Media will refund the amount paid (directly to Meskula Media) for the marketing system + $1000.

12. You must have made all your payments on time, including ad spend to Facebook.



13. You must have gotten less than 20 booked appointments with buyers and/or sellers within the 15-week period. This includes appointments from paid ads, reactivation campaigns or our organic marketing as a direct result from the Meskula Media system.
